Behind the counter, Robin is in charge.
He advises, mixes, tweaks, and ensures that every glass is served with care. A genuine welcome, a relaxed vibe, and that little sense of detail that makes all the difference.
For our cocktail menu, we chose to collaborate with Barteleur.
The concept? Take the great classics and give them a daring twist. An unexpected touch, a surprising blend, a detail that transforms the recipe. Inspired by the Bateleur (The Magician) from the Tarot de Marseille, the brand celebrates the art of mixing, invention, and the perfect gesture. You recognize the base, discover the surprise, and savor an original, creative creation full of character.
For wines, beers, and snacks, we trust the Fédération Française de l'Apéro (French Aperitif Federation).
And their motto sums it all up:
